Agility Programs
The
service that sets Platinum Volleyball Solutions apart from the
traditional volleyball training program, is the volleyball
specific instruction in conditioning, agility, and speed.
Having trained as volleyball conditioning specialist by USA
Volleyball, we incorporate this training into court movements
that provide immediate game transfer.
  
The conditioning program covers:
flexibility, core stability and power, strength and
explosiveness, agility, and quickness. All the exercises and
drills are well described with purpose, procedure, and key
points. Each session utilizes dynamic stretches during warm-up
to help prepare the athletes for fast twitch movements during
the focused training. Core stability and power exercises are
used to train the power zone: abdominals, hips, and lower back.
Strength and explosiveness is developed with plyometrics and
change-of-direction drills are utilized to improve agility and
quickness.
